Do I pay you anything?
No. Our fee is paid by the employer who hires you. You never pay Jobs Recruiter at any stage, whether you're local or applying from overseas.
Will my current employer find out I've applied?
No. Your profile is confidential. We only share your details with a specific employer after you've confirmed you want to be put forward for that role. Nothing goes out behind your back.
How long does it usually take to be matched?
If you're already in Australia, first matches typically come within 7 to 14 days, depending on the role and your availability. If you're applying from overseas and need visa sponsorship, the full timeline is longer, usually 2 to 6 months from match to first day at work, because of the visa process. You'll know where you stand at every step.
I'm based in Australia. Are most of your jobs local?
Yes. Most placements we make are for candidates already living and working in Australia, often with PR or full work rights. We help you find your next role across hospitality, healthcare, aged care and trades, with employers ranging from small bakeries to large hospital groups.
I'm overseas. Can you still help?
Yes. We work regularly with employers open to 482, 186 and 494 sponsorship across hospitality, healthcare and trades. If you need a visa, mention it in your application and we'll walk you through the realistic pathway.
My English isn't perfect. Should I still apply?
Yes. Many roles have realistic English requirements and we'll be honest about which roles fit your level. For visa-sponsored roles you'll need to meet the relevant English language standard (IELTS, OET or PTE) and we can guide you on what's expected.
I don't have an Australian-style CV. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Submit what you have. We'll let you know if anything is missing or could be reframed for the Australian market.
