How much do you charge?
Our placement fee is a one-time flat fee, paid only when you hire. No retainers, no upfront fees, no sourcing or interview charges. The flat fee is set based on the role and agreed in writing before any work begins, so you always know the exact number up front.
How fast can you fill a role?
Local hires: typically 2 to 4 weeks from brief to first day. Visa-sponsored hires: 4 to 8 months end to end (interview within 2 to 4 weeks, visa processing 3 to 6 months). We give you a realistic timeline at the brief stage.
What if the hire does not work out?
If a placement leaves or is dismissed for cause within the first 60 days, we replace them at no extra cost. We screen carefully so this rarely happens, but the guarantee is in writing.
Do you handle the visa paperwork?
We coordinate the whole sponsorship process and work with accredited migration agents who lodge the nomination and visa application. You sign off, they handle the paperwork. We make sure you understand your obligations as a sponsor.
Are you an SBS approved sponsor?
We are not the sponsor, you are. We help you become a Standard Business Sponsor (SBS) if you are not already one, and we work with migration specialists who handle the SBS application.
What industries do you cover?
Our specialist focus is hospitality (chefs, bakers, cooks, front-of-house), healthcare and aged care (RN, EN, aged care nurses, disability support workers), and skilled trades (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, tilers). If you are outside these, talk to us anyway, we may still be able to help.
